Since no one diet works for everyone, I am dedicated to providing a wide range of information so there will be something for everyone.
With more than 17 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD), I have effectively help many people reach their goals. I have worked with clients on chronic disease management (heart disease, diabetes, celiac disease to name a few) as well as those with food allergies and weight loss.
In addition to being an RD, I’m also a Certified Fitness Trainer…but my passion will always be helping others use food as medicine!
Outside of work, I try to live a healthy life by hitting the gym, eating well (most of the time…I’m human too) and spending time with my husband and boys.
